Rock the Stars delivers entertaining team building activities that motivate, inspire and reward. Groups who experience Rock the Stars find it exhilarating - a once in a lifetime opportunity to play in a rock and roll band.

U Rock
Group size: 8 to 250
Experience the team dynamics of a real rock band!

  • Participants form a band and learn to perform a rock song with real instruments.
  • Facilitators teach band members how to play and work together as a team.
  • The event culminates in a live concert where bands, dressed like rock stars, perform their music on stage.

    You Write the Song

  • Team work and creative thinking are the focus of this group activity.
  • Participants form teams and learn about the art of communicating with music.

    Play With the Band
    Group size: unlimited
    Create excitement and team spirit performing with a live band!

  • Like karaoke with a live band providing the music.
  • Groups and individuals sing or play along with the band.
  • Costumes help participants feel like rock stars while bonding over their favourite songs.

    Battle of the Airbands
    Group size: 20 to 200
    Transform your group into instant rock stars!

  • Participants compete as teams in a fun, high-energy atmosphere.
  • Teams form airbands to lip-sync and air guitar to popular rock songs.
  • Costumes and props unleash the star within.
